Summer is a season of movement. Longer days, warmer weather, holidays, outdoor events and busy social calendars can make this one of the most enjoyable times of the year.

With the extra heat, travel and activity, it is also a time when your body may need a little more everyday support.

Whether you are heading away, spending more time outdoors, keeping up with family plans or simply trying to stay energised through the heat, a few small healthy daily habits can make a big difference.

Did you know that in warmer weather, we naturally lose more fluid through sweat, especially when we are active or spending time outside. This can leave you feeling tired, sluggish or less focused throughout the day.

Simple ways to support hydration include:
